What is emotional intelligence? Why is it important? Why is it as important as academic achievement? Emotional intelligence empowers young people and helps them to cope with changes in their lives. Not just in schools but family lives as well.

short simple but significant exercises that make specific points and open up different points of view and debate.

A practical 'fiction' orientated workshop looking at bullying from all points of view - the victim, the bully, the bully as victim etc. This can be tailored to work with a whole class or with a smaller group of children who are either bullies or victims of bullying.
