This is a Drama technique / exercise which can be used with any age – from 5 to 90. It is as useful for the experienced Drama teacher as it is for those on training placements or those teaching Drama who are non-specialists. Although it can be used with any target group, it works especially well with groups who have difficulties producing practical work. These difficulties may be because of behaviour, confidence, language, lack of previous Drama lessons - it will work with them all. It isn’t magic – it just works. Also great for when you have to do a classroom-based lesson. You get three sides of A4 explaining the technique and guiding you through a lesson (or series of lessons if your group takes more time to complete the work).
